PRODUCTION OF STERICALLY DECORATED FORMED ARTICLE HAVING PRINTED PATTERN

PURPOSE:To prepare a sterically decorated formed article having various printed patterns on the steric part such as a sterically decorated chocolate having a printed pattern. CONSTITUTION:A bag-shaped elastic mold 1 is turned inside out by pressurizing and expanding the outer surface 1b of the mold. The inner surface 1a of the mold 1 is pressed against an elastic pad 5 having various patterns printed with an ink 5a to transfer the ink 5a to the inner surface 1a. The expanded mold 1 is returned to the original shape and a fluid chocolate material is filled in the mold 1. The chocolate material is solidified and released from the mold 1 to obtain the objective sterically decorated chocolate product having a printed pattern on the steric part.
