PURPOSE:To detect write error on the way of write to a storage part. CONSTITUTION:A signal B indicating data from an external circuit, a signal E indicating the data direction, and the data signal from a storage part 1 in the case the signal E indicating the write direction are inputted to a data direction control part 9 to output a read data signal. The signal B, a signal F for data check from the external circuit, and the read data signal are inputted to a data comparing part 10, and this part 10 outputs a signal G indicating write error when discriminating disaccord between the signal B and the read data signal. |
