PURPOSE:To prepare a sterically decorated formed article having various printed patterns on the steric part such as a sterically decorated chocolate. CONSTITUTION:A bag-shaped elastic mold 1 is inflated and expanded by applying a vacuum to the outer surface 1b of the mold with an evacuation chamber 4. An elastic pad 5 having various pattern printed with an ink 5a is pressed against the inner surface 1a of the mold 1 to transfer the ink. After extracting the pad 5 from the mold, a fluid chocolate material is filled into the mold and the expanded mold is returned to the original shape. The chocolate material is solidified and released from the mold 1 to obtain the objective sterically decorated chocolate product having a printed pattern on the steric part. |
