PURPOSE:To prepare a sterically decorated chocolate having printed pattern as a sterically decorated formed article having various printed patterns on the steric part. CONSTITUTION:A sterically decorated chocolate having printed pattern 2a on the steric part is produced by (a) preparing an elastic sheet 2 having various silk-printed patterns 2a and pressing the sheet into a recess 1a of a forming mold 1 with a pressing form 4, (b) transferring the printed pattern 2a to the inner surface of the recess 1a, (c) filling a fluid chocolate material 3 into the recess 1a and cooling the material to effect the solidification and (d) removing the solidified chocolate material 3 from the forming mold 1. |
