PURPOSE:To improve electric property by performing heat treatment for removing the mechanical stress being accumulated inside crystal grains when having baked a molded item by hot pressurized molding. CONSTITUTION:Paste 2 is made by kneading ferrite powder 1, a proper binder, and a solvent, and this paste 2 is laminated by printing method. A conductor is made by printing paste 4 consisting of metallic powder 3 such as Ag-PD (alloy of 75:25), Ag, or the like, and a binder. Treating the laminate 5, which is gotten by each paste 2 and 4 this way, by hot pressurized molding 6, a sintered body will be gotten. And further the sintered body 7 is heat-treated. This heat treatment 8 removes the mechanical distortion which has arisen inside the crystal grains of the magnetic layer by hot pressurized molding 6. |
