<p>PURPOSE:To effectively use a key signal in accordance with the use state by properly using a key conversion table for separation and that for coupling to perform data conversion. CONSTITUTION:When the separation mode is decided by a mode discriminating means 2, key images in a key display table for separation are displayed on first and second touch keyboards 7 and 8, and the key conversion table for separation is used to perform data conversion of the key signal from them. When the coupling mode is decided, key images in a key display table for coupling are displayed on first and second touch keyboards 7 and 8, and the key conversion table for coupling is used to perform data conversion of the key signal from them. Thus, first and second touch keyboards 7 and 8 can be used independently of each other in the case of the separation mode and are used as one unified keyboard in the case of the coupling mode.</p> |
