PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the production of a laminated board, an end edge section of which has a fine curved surface shape, by forming air gap sections between the surface of a base material at the end section of the woody board-shaped base material, on which a synthetic resin surface layer material is stuck, and the surface layer material, blocking one of the air gap sections by a gas-permeable plug body, injecting and filling a liquefied synthetic resin, stopping a filler hole by the gas-permeable plug body and solidifying the synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A surface layer material 1 is stuck to a base material 3, a gas-permeable plug body 4 composed of a polyethylene foam, etc. is inserted to one of the opening sections 16a of the air gap sections 16 of a laminated board material 20, in which the air gap sections 16 are shaped between the notch section 8 of a base material end section and the rear of the surface layer material, and one of the opening sections 16a is blocked, and a urethane resin, etc. 35 are made to flow down and injected while the other opening section 16b is directed upward. It is desirable that the injection resin 35 is expanded or foamed on solidification, gives proper tension to the surface layer material 1 and is not changed with time after solidification. A gas-permeable plug body 5 is also inserted into the opening section 16b in an upper section after injection, and the opening section 16b is stopped. The resin 35 in the air gap sections 16 is solidified sufficiently, the side end sections P of the laminated board 20 are cut, and edge faces are finished.
