PURPOSE:To obtain the title respective liquid and powdery degraders by acquiring a medium suitable for the culture of Bacillus subtilis and by using this medium. CONSTITUTION:A medium is prepared by incorporating (A) 100 pts.wt. of water sterilized by heating with (B) 0.4-0.6 pts.wt. of vegetable protein, (C) 0.2-0.4 pts.wt. of animal protein, (D) 0.6-1 pt.wt. of a carbohydrate, and, where appropriate, (E) 0.2-0.5 pts.wt. of fibrous matter. This medium is then inoculated with 0.1wt.% of Bacillus subtilis which is then incubated for a specified time into a liquid organic septic matter degrader. Thence, porous rock powder is impregnated with this liquid degrader to obtain a powdered organic septic matter degrader. |
