PURPOSE:To remove underground pollutant by pumping up underground water intermittently from a pumping-up well provided on the downstream side of an underground flow direction in a contaminated underground water area, then allowing the pumped-up underground water to pass through a water purifier and returning the purified underground water to the upstream side of its flow direction. CONSTITUTION:A pumping-up well 3 which reaches a layer 2 hardly allowing permeation of water is provided on the downstream side of flow in the underground, and an injection well 4 which reaches the layer 2 is provided on the upstream side. In addition, a pumping-up pipe 6 equipped with a pump 5 is provided in the pumping-up well 3, and the pumping-up pipe 6 is connected to an injection pipe 8 in the injection well 4 through a water purifier 7. Further, in a contaminated underground water area, underground water is intermittently pumped up from the pumping-up well 3 provided on the downstream side of the flow direction of the underground water in the underground, then the water pumped is allowed to pass through the water purifier 7 to remove the pollutant. Next, the purified water is returned to the upstream side of the flow direction of the water through the injection pipe 8. Consequently, the pollutant of the water can be derived and removed. |
