PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion in the characteristic by forming an electrode connecting a resonance electrode to a ground electrode only to a resonance electrode section of a laminator side.-face and forming an electrode leading out an input/output electrode only to an input/output electrode section of the laminator side-face. CONSTITUTION:Resonance electrodes 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b and input/output electrodes 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b are formed to one major side of dielectric boards 1a, 1b respectively and full face ground electrodes 11a, 11b are formed to the other major side. Furthermore, electrodes 7a, 6b or the like to connect the short-circuit end of the resonance electrode to the full face ground electrode, electrodes 9a, 9b or the like used to lead out input/output electrodes to the end-face and ground electrodes 10a, 10b in continuity with the full face earth electrodes 11a, 11b are formed respectively to the end-face of the dielectric boards 1a, 1b and the two dielectric boards 1a, 1b are overlapped by making the resonance electrodes opposite to the input/output electrodes respectively. Then conductive paste such as silver paste is applied to the input/output electrodes and the resonance electrodes at the side-face of the laminator and the electrodes are baked after drying. |
