PURPOSE:To obtain a new plasmid capable of expressing a chimera P450 of a localized signal sequence to N-terminal microsome and the C-terminal matured and mitochondria type P450. CONSTITUTION:An expression plasmid capable of mass-producing chimera P450 of a localized signal sequence to the N-terminal microsome and the C- terminal matured and mitochondria type P450 in a yeast, e.g. an expression plasmid pAMS25 expressed by a restriction enzyme map of formula I. The exemplified plasmid is obtained by a scheme expressed by formula II (restriction enzyme cleavage sites are as follows; E is EcoRI; Nc is Ncol; S is SacI; H is HindIII; P is PstI; N is NotI).
