Bobbin holders for holding a bobbin to package winding are mounted on a machine frame and a frame member for holding a touch roller rotating in contact with the bobbin holders is supported on the machine frame. In this take-up machine, a dynamic vibration absorber is mounted in the vicinity of the forward end of the frame member.
