The method for wear resistance bushing, whose composition is 0.15- 0.35 C, -0.35 Si, 0.60-1.20 Mn, -0.04 S, 0.10-0.65 Cr, -0.20 Mo, 0.0005-0.003 B, -0.2 Ti, 0.1 sol. Al, and remainder of Fe and unavoidable impurities in wt.%, is characterized by the following; (1) heating to a designated temperature over Ac3 according to carbon content, (2) hardening in solution of -20 % salt water or sodium hydroxide, and (3) tempering at 190 deg.C for 2 hr.
