PURPOSE:To provide the bonding method of the skin by which a design groove of a linear deep groove can be formed easily, and also, a defective of wrinkles, etc., is not generated, at the time of bonding the skin to a pad for a seat. CONSTITUTION:On a press lower die 1, a pad 4 for a seat provided with a groove part for forming design groove on the upper face is placed, and the skin on which a position of the groove part 5 of the pad 4 is marked covers the upper face of the pad 4 in a state that the mark concerned and groove part 5 conform with each other. In the mark part of the skin 6, a holding jig 10 having an insertion piece in which insertion length to the groove part 5 is shorter than depth of the groove part 5 is placed, and the skin 6 of the mark part is inserted and held in the groove part 5 with the insertion piece. Thereafter, by a press upper die 2, the skin 6 and an exposed part of the holding jig 10 are bonded and fixed to the pad 4. |
