PURPOSE:To prevent the secular deterioration of the capacity of a laminated ceramic capacitor with the elapse of time at the time of applying direct current. CONSTITUTION:In a ceramic dielectric material comprising a dielectric layer, its main component is constituted of barium titanate, and its Curie point is regulated to >=85 deg.C, and in its ferroelectric state where its temp. lies in a one lower than the Curie point, the volume ratio of a crystalline layer in which the ratio of a (c) axis and an (a) axis, i.e., c/a is regulated to <=1.005 is regulated to >=40% to critically reduce the secular deterioration of its capacity. |
