Thin film thermal reactor dryer - has clamping ties held to rotor core by radial distance holder plates

Thermal reactor to dry thin film material, such as a sludge or suspension, has a surrounding heat exchanger tube and an inner rotor core with several radial distance holders for the clamping ties between the two mounting flanges. Radial distance holders have plates at right angles to the rotor axis, pierced by all the clamping ties and by the cylindrical rotor core in the centre, and they have holding slits for the rotor blades rigidly fixed to the rotor core with a sliding movement for the plates along the rotor core. Clamping ties act as swivel bearings for additional blades which brush the inner wall of the heat exchanger tube and which hold the plates at set intervals from each other. ADVANTAGE - Assembly gives a simplified tightening action on the inner parts, with increased resistance to bending, in an appts. which can also give a vacuum drying action.
