The reception tuner is for transmitters within several frequency bands and contains an input and a mixer circuit, and a series-connected IF amplifier. The input circuits (3',,,) for the reception of transmitters from all frequency bands have only a single amplifying branch (6) with a mirror frequency selection. A single, tunable, local oscillator (8) generates IF signals. To a mixer circuit (7) are connected (F) amplifier circuits (9-14, 15-19), selecting the mixer output frequency. For the reception of TV signals in UHF, VHF, and satellite range the mixer output is fitted with a frequency selecting branch (9-14) with the IF amplifier for terrestrial and cable signals.
