PURPOSE:To easily acquire region information closely related to each region including present position information by a simple and inexpensive region information presenting device. CONSTITUTION:A region information presenting device 2 uses an already prepared telephone system of the cellular system to recognize a cell discrimination number for discrimination of each base station from the control signal of telephone received by a reception equipment 4, thereby discriminating a cell 30 of a base station 12 in which the device 2 is placed at present. Thus, the present position is confirmed, and region information of each cell stored in a storage device 8 is displayed out on a display device 10. |
