PURPOSE:To successively drill holes in a green sheet at desired positions by transferring the green sheet in a predetermined direction, and by driving a plurality of drilling modules provided at predetermined positions along a transfer path for the green sheet, independent from each other. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage is applied to a piezoelectric element 9 which is therefore displaced, the displacement of the piezoelectric element 9 is amplified by an amplifying mechanism 10 and is then transmitted to a punch 8 which is moved downward to punch out a green sheet 1. The green sheet 1 is clamped between two upper and lower transfer belts 2 and is therefore intermittently fed at predetermined pitches. An index stopping sensor 17 provided to an index motor 16 delivers an allowable drilling signal to a control computer for controlling drilling modules. Accordingly, the drilling can be made in a condition in which the green sheet is stopped. |
