PURPOSE:To attain the systematic control of a format and a form in the document processing. CONSTITUTION:A user-based library 21 stores the formats and the forms for users in number equal to those registered in a document processor. A user calls out the library 21 corresponding to the relevant user name with input of the user name and performs the registration, the deletion, the change of names, etc., of a new format and a new form. Then the user selects the desired formats and forms 23a-23c and carries out the document editing processing. Furthermore the user designates a specific user name and outputs the relevant library to a floppy to transfer the library to another document processor. Then the user copies the desired format and form of the library to the library of another user. |
