PURPOSE:To decide an optimum mounting order by determining each maximum working time starting from a starting point, at which a moving mechanism is preset, based on machine data. CONSTITUTION:Based on machine data composed of part attribute data, such as coordinate data and the weight of a chip part 3 on a printed board 9, and a moving distance of an X Y table, a maximum working time of each of the X Y table, a conveying mechanism 1, and a rotary head 4 is determined. Based on the maximum working time, mounting chip parts 3 are orderly selected by means of a part selecting means 23 so that a working time is reduced to a minimum value. According to the chip parts 3 mounted in the mounting order, operation data of each of an X Y table 21, the conveying mechanism 1, and the rotary head 4 is varied and set. This constitution performs mounting such that a waiting time of the rotary head 4 and the X Y table 21 is reduced even when a quantity of the chip parts 3 is high. |
