<p>PURPOSE:To supply a stable system with a computer having two transmission circuits by evading the unstable transmission state that is caused when one of two transmission circuits stops and then starts again the transmission. CONSTITUTION:A computer is provided with a 1st transmission circuit 3 which works at 8 high frequency and a 2nd transmission circuit 5 which works at a low frequency. Then the circuit 3 is stopped and the circuit 5 is actuated, and the output of the circuit 5 is counted by a counter 6. The circuit 3 is started by the timer interruption outputted from the counter 6, end the output of the counter 6 is delayed by a delay circuit 9. Then 8 system clock is supplied to the circuit 3 from a clock generating circuit 4 when the transmitting operation of the circuit 3 is stabilized. Thus a stable clock is supplied to a system when the circuit 3 is stopped and then restarted. Then the circuit 3 can be intermittently stopped and started and therefore the power consumption of the computer is reduced.</p> |
