<p>PURPOSE:To provide a charge control system which is suitable for production of products of various kinds in small quantities which reduces the number of preparing times for a processing system. CONSTITUTION:A charge control system is a system to control charge of an object to be processed to a processing means 2 of a production line comprising a plurality of processing means 2 containing a cell 1 of a plurality of processing systems being respectively alone or equal to each other. The charge control system comprises a progress table 3 to store information on the progress state of a process route, an input demand table 4, a waiting matrix 5, an object to be processed table 6, a table 7 for objects to be processed classified by a kind of product, a constraint condition table 8, a conveying means 9 functioned based on the memory contents of each of the tables, and a constraint condition table updating means 10.</p> |
