PURPOSE:To remarkably prevent the formation of interference fringe patterns in a formed image by interference and to form the visible image having extremely good quality by using a base which has plural rugged shapes by spherical recesses of traces on the surface and has the plural smaller rugged shapes in the spherical recesses of traces for the base of a light receiving material having specific light receiving layers on the base. CONSTITUTION:This light receiving material has multiple layers of the light receiving layers having, successively from the base side, the layer 102' constituted of an amorphous material contg. any of silicon atoms and germanium atoms or tin atoms and the layer 102'' constituted of an amorphous material contg. silicon atoms and contg. neither of germanium atoms or tin atoms on the base 101. The surface of the base of such light receiving material has the plural rugged shapes by the spherical recesses of traces and has the plural smaller rugged shapes in the spherical recesses of traces. The formation of the fringe patterns in the formed image by the light past the light receiving layer at the layer boundary and base surface and the interference thereof is thus effectively prevented. |
