The machine tool, has a magazine for tool and workpiece storage. It is esp. for spark erosion machines with tailstocks with which tools or workpieces, esp. machining electrodes, can be connected. The tools or workpieces are fed-in on mounting plates (20). The store consists of a support (10) with mounting pins (11,12) which are arranged in pairs. The pins are parallel to one another and extend from the side of the support. The mounting plates (20) have bores (21,22) which match the mounting pins (11,12). The mounting plates (20) can be moved by a grip and placed on, or removed from the pins on the support (10). USE/ADVANTAGE - The store is of simple construction and is simple in use.
