A pressure balanced valve, particularly for deep oil prospection, has a piston (2) and a piston guide (3) displaceable inside a cylindrical valve body (1) which is closed in one extremity. The piston (2) provides the sealing of lateral openings (1a) of the valve body and covers seal rings (10). When the piston (2) is displaced by an external actuation force against the force of a spring (7), it clears the openings (1a) and allows the displacement of the piston guide (3) until a protection nut (6) associated to the piston guide covers the sealing rings (10). <IMAGE>
