CONSTITUTION:An injection part 4 for a control medium 40 and a suction part 5 for a control soln. 10 are placed adjacently each other on a fibrous mechanochemical polymer material 1 and a concn. control part 37 controlling the output of the control medium 49 based on the value of the concn. of the control medium 49 in the neighborhood of the injection part 4 and an inner pressure control part 38 controlling the amt. of suction of the control soln. 10 based on the inner pressure value of the control soln. 10 are provided. |
