PURPOSE:To improve printing capability, form a circuit pattern of small pitch, and also form a circuit pattern of low resistance by giving a circuit pattern, in which a constant volume of conductive metal is contained and having an even chargeability, and also adding charging control agent to heat-soluble substance, to control the chargeability easily. CONSTITUTION:A resin-made spherical core substance is mixed with fine particles of conductive metal, and a mechanical impulsive force is given to it to deform the fine particles of the conductive metal and to form a middle layer of the conductive metal around the core substance. Then it is mixed with the fine particles of heat-soluble substance and adhered on the periphery of the middle layer by electrostatic force. Further a mechanical impulsive force is given to it to form an outer wall of the heat-soluble substance on the surface of the middle layer to produce charging powder. Using the charging powder, a circuit pattern can be printed on a printed circuit board of ceramic material by a dry electrophotographic system. |
