<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a movable induction hardening device by which the surface of a long-sized flat work is hardened without displacing the device main body or work or without exchanging the member for supporting a high-frequency heating coil. CONSTITUTION:This movable induction hardening device is provided with a coaxial tube 200 set at right angle to the longitudinal direction of a surface to be hardened, a high-frequency heating coil 300 for heating the surface, plural heating coil mounting seats 230 provided at right angle to the tube 200, the main body 100 contg. a current transformer 10 for supplying a high-frequency current to the tube 200 and to which the tube 200 is freely liftably fixed, a coaxial tube hoist 60 furnished to the main body 100, a device 30 for electrically connecting the output conductors 13a and 13b of the transformer 10 to the tube 200 and a device for relatively moving the main body 100 and work in the longitudinal direction of the surface to be hardened.</p> |
