CELL SWITCHBOARD

PURPOSE:To obtain a cell switchboard which is suited to the real time communication by eliminating the loss of the communication information and at the same time reducing the transfer delay of the communication information and the suppression of transmission of the information. CONSTITUTION:An input circuit control part 6 controls an input circuit switching part 1 based on a system switch preparing instruction given from a device control part 8. Thus the part 1 outputs the cells to both ACT and SBY systems at one time. The test cell inserting parts 2 are controlled so that the test cells are simultaneously inserted into the output of the part 1 and given to the buffer parts 3. An output circuit control part 7 instructs the tent detecting parts 4 that outputted first the test cell detecting signal to hold the cells inputted. When the next detecting signal is inputted, the part 7 instructs the parts 4 to disuse the test cells and to output the cells synchronously with each other.
