PURPOSE:To improve reliability in the save and recovery of the storage contents. CONSTITUTION:The extension storage device of a computer is composed of first to fourth split storage units 11 to 14. External nonvolatile storage devices 21 to 24 are equipped with first nonvolatile storage devices 31 to 34 and second nonvolatile storage devices 41 to 44, and respective storage device 31 to 34 and 41 to 44 are equipped with the same storage capacity with the split storage units 11 to 14. Each split storage units 11 to 14 is connected to the first and second storage devices 31 to 34 and 41 to 44 of the two different external nonvolatile storage devices 21 to 24, for example, the first split storage unit 11 is connected to the first nonvolatile storage device 31 and the second nonvolatile storage device 44 of the storage device 24, and the storage content of the first split storage content 11 is saved in both first and second nonvolatile storage devices 21 and 44. |
