PURPOSE:To give a proper working instruction to decide the possibility of keeping a delivery date carefully and to improve the possibility by calculating delivery date estimated according to the working conditions for the request delivery date of customer. CONSTITUTION:The specifications of a product and the delivery date of a customer's request are inputted to a customer request input part 10 to be stored in a customer read time storage part 11 with shortest, average, and longest delivery data by product group. On the specifications of the product, a section delivery date estimation part 12 estimates the delivery date with the shortest, average, and longest delivery date with the use of the customer read time and date to be obtained from the customer read time storage part 11 with the shortest, average, and longest time. A delivery date answering part 13 judges and displays the possibility of keeping the delivery date from the estimated estimation and request delivery date, and a working instruction preparation part 14 prepares the instruction contents on the degree of urgency of the operation from the relation of the estimated and request delivery date. |
