METHOD FOR REMOVING METAL STICKING TO METAL STUCK STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE:To obtain the method for efficiently removing Zn from a Zn plated steel sheet regardless of the presence or absence of the sticking of an org. material. CONSTITUTION:A work consisting of the Zn plated steel sheet is heated at 200 to 500 deg.C under a reduced pressure to evaporate the org. material and thereafter, the work is heated to 500 to 950 deg.C under a reduced pressure to evaporate and recover the Zn. The org. material is evaporated by heating the steel sheet before the recovery of the Zn at the evaporation temp. of the Zn or below, by which the formation of the compd. of the org. material and the Zn is prevented.
