PURPOSE:To make it possible to assort papers without fail by a copying device equipped with a finisher having a stapler wherein method for delivering first and second papers at stapling is ameliorated so as to house the two papers in different places without adding a paper delivery tray. CONSTITUTION:When a computer form feeder is operated for conveying computer forms to a manuscript stand sequentially and making at least two or more copies of the same manuscript, a slave CPU controls first papers of each manuscript to be conveyed to a finisher 40 having a stapler 47 passing through conveying passages 43 and 44. Next, a gate 49 is controlled to convey second papers to a temporary housing midway tray 36 through a conveying passage 35. After a round of copying of the computer forms which was set previously is completed, the second papers housed in the midway tray 36 are conveyed to the finisher 40 sequentially. Stapled papers are delivered on a delivery tray 34. |
