PURPOSE:To remove an organic coating layer in a rinsing step and to maintain the processing capacity of a developing solution for a long time and to reduce an amount of waste solution. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive copying material is characterized by forming an organic undercoat layer on are aluminum plate subjected to anodic oxidation treatment and hydrophilicness enhancing treatment, and forming the first photosensitive organic coating layer to be increased in alkaline water solubility by irradiation with active rays, and the second organic coating layer having film- forming ability and containing a water-insoluble polymer, and the processing method is characterized by imagewise exposing the copying material and immersing it in a developing solution diffusible into the second layer but nondissolving it and removing time nonimage parts in the following rinsing step. |
