In a snap-fit button (1) in which a button body (2) having its front surface an ornamental (10) and a snap member (3) are adapted to be caulked with a caulking member (4), a locking ring (6) having on and along its outer peripheral portion a ridge (9) is attached to a flange (5) of the caulking member (4), and a socket (12) having an aperture (11) for receiving the locking ring (6) and having a taper diverging from an edge of the aperture (11) toward a back surface of the button body (2) is secured to the back surface of the button body (2), and a ring-shape spring (16) engageable with the locking ring (6) is disposed in the socket (12). <IMAGE> |
