PURPOSE:To restrain deterioration or a failure caused by peeling-off or the like of a film due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficient of used materials, facilitate manufacturing work, and maintain stable performance for a long time in a solid electrolyte type fuel cell of laminated constitution. CONSTITUTION:Three kinds of materials. i.e., a thin film 11 made of palladium metal having hydrogen permeability, a solid electrolyte film 12 having proton conductivity of hydrogen gas and an air electrode film 13 are laminated in older, thus obtaining a fuel cell. Since one kind of material is the thin film 11 made of not ceramic but palladium metal, it is easy to restrain a crack from being generated and the film from being peeled off in manufacturing or in use at a high temperature. |
