PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by economizing a time required for registering each color plate cylinder when the printing of a multicolor press is started. CONSTITUTION:Positions in the lateral top and bottom directions are determined previously from a plate cylinder shaft on a machine base, a plate cylinder body is extracted, and inserted to the fixed position of the plate registering shaft 13 of an inter-plate-cylinder-block-cylinder registering device 10 separately positioned outside a press, a block plate is registered and fastened by operating before and rear and left and right adjusting bolts so that the alignment mark of the block plate on the plate cylinder body is conformed to the center of magnified 18, 18' previously set at fixed positions, and the plate cylinder body is inserted and fixed at the plate cylinder-shaft fixed position of the machine base. |
