PURPOSE:To fix an image as a nonglossy image or a glossy image by feeding a paper in such a manner that the image surface of a transfer material is turned up or down with respect to a fixing device. CONSTITUTION:The color image forming device has a constitution as follows, as a characteristic, as a pair of fixing belt-like members composing the fixing device 45, a fixing belt B1 having a rough outer periphery and a fixing belt B2 having a smooth outer periphery are disposed in a state where they are vertically press-contacted, for obtaining a nonglossy surface image, a transfer sheet P is fed in the state where a toner image is turned up, to attain fix- processing by the fixing belt B1. On the other hand, for obtaining the glossy image, the transfer sheet P is tentatively, fixed to obtain the nonglossy image, then, reversed, to turns the image surface down and fed to the fixing device 45, again, to attain the fix-processing by the fixing belt B2. |
