PURPOSE:To automatize the lighting of an indoor lighting equipment when a person enters into a room by incorporating a human detection function in an infrared remote control. CONSTITUTION:A remote control sender 3 equipped with a human detection sensor is set up on a wall face at a room entrance so that a detection signal can be output to the sender 3 when an infrared ray 10 radiated from a human body 2 is detected by the sensor. Then, the sender 3 sends an infrared signal 20 to a lighting equipment 1, a receiver for an infrared remote control incorporated in the lighting equipment 1 is activated and a lamp is lit. In this way, the lamp can be lit automatically at the same time when a person enters into a room. During lighting or when the room is under brightness in the daytime, a signal from the sensor can be set unacceptable. |
