PURPOSE:To prevent the lack of beam and to miniaturize optical parts by providing a passing space for a central laser beam, providing a total reflection mirror with a prescribed angle of reflection on right and left and thereby minimizing the transmitting distance of the laser beam. CONSTITUTION:The central laser beam LB2 travels straight through a beam through-hole provided in the center of a prism 1; the laser beams LB1, LB3 on either side are, after being refracted at a right angle by the total reflection mirrors 3, 4, reflected by the faces M1, M2 of the total reflection mirror of the prism, photosynthesized in parallel through the minimum distance between the beams and made incident to the condenser lens 2; and the same surface of an object to be worked is provided with a multiple irradiation. By setting the prism 1 in the front of a central laser oscillator L2, the transmitting distance of each laser beam is minimized. |
