PURPOSE: To form a shape and a cross sectional profile of various kinds by depositing a material having a pattern and a position of a blade on a base body surface and depositing successively material beads on a preceding beads. CONSTITUTION: A first bead 24 is piled/deposited along a pattern A on a rim 16 of a base body. While sufficient heat is transmitted to the rim 16 and a surface of a base body material is fused in some extent, most of a bead 24 material is fused up to reaching the base body. fused materials are mutually mixed with each other and are rapidly solidified. Thus, the first bead 24 is fused to the rim 16 to form an integrated overlay. Successively, a second pass to deposit a second bead 26 is conducted. In the second pass, the bead follows the pattern of a next cross section above the cross section A. The second bead 26 is fused in the first bead thereunder to form integrated structure. This procedure is repeated until the bead height as a whole is formed. By depositing the beads following the pattern measured beforehand, the blade is precisely reproduced. |
