<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a carbonated beverage bottle of saturated polyester not being damaged even in case carbonated beverage is filled therein and kept under the condition of high temperature and high humidity for a long time. CONSTITUTION:A carbonated beverage bottle 1 consists of a cap section 2, an upper shoulder section 3, a body section 4, a lower shoulder section 5 and a bottom section 6. The wall thickness of the upper shoulder section 3 is 0.35mm or less (at the position of 15mm below along the bottle surface under a support ring 8), and the carbonated beverage bottle 1 of saturated polyester contains 0.2-1.0mol of polyfunctional compound component unit of saturated polyester when dicarboxylic acid compound component unit is 100mol, and its ultimate viscosity (eta) is in the range of 0.6-1.0dl/g.</p> |
