PURPOSE:To prevent the discharge of harmful gas produced at the time of casting and shaking out to the air and to preserve good environment in a lost foam pattern for manufacturing a casting by using the pattern lost with heating. CONSTITUTION:The gas produced at the time of casting into lost foam pattern is forcedly sucked with sucking means in a suction system and introduced to gas exhaust system and passes through a combustion system 10 always held to atmosphere at >=900 deg.C, and after perfectly burning the poisonous gas, it is discharged to the air and also forced suction with the sucking means 9 is continued for at least 10min. from the timing completing the casting. |
