PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device by placing an elastic lens on the inside of a fixed ring, and connecting both of them by a piezoelectric actuator. CONSTITUTION:One end part of a laminated type piezoelectric actuator 3 is fixed to the inside of a fixed ring 1, the other end part is fixed to a hinge 4, and the hinge 4 is connected to an elastic lens 2. Also, the combination of the piezoelectric actuator 3 and the hinge 4 is placed by four pieces in a position of point symmetry, and a pair of electrodes 5 and lead wires 6 are provided so that four pieces of actuators 3 can be driven simultaneously. Subsequently, by applying a voltage between a pair of lead wires 6, the piezoelectric actuator is expanded, and by returning it to its original length by discharge, a curvature of the elastic lens 2 is varied and a refraction angle of light is adjusted. Accordingly, the focus can be adjusted in a state that a position of the elastic lens 2 and a focal plane is fixed, and the device can be miniaturized. |
