A method of obtaining of liposome suspensions containing cytostatic agents, characterized in that two solutions are prepared - one being an organic phase consisting of phospholipid, preferably soy lecithin, with other components of the capsule, and a lipophilic surfactant such as amsacrine or retinoic acid, or a mixture thereof in organic solvents with low boiling temperature; and another solution being a water phase consisting of a buffer and optionally saccharose, where equal volumes of each solution are sprayed under pressure of 0.22 MPa, passing through nozzles of diameter not more than 0.5 mm, and the two aerosols created are evaporated after blending together using an atomising method, and the atomising is timed in a such manner that dosing of both solutions is finished at the same time, followed by purification of obtained suspension of liposomes in water, preferably using a column with the gel such as Sephadex or Sepharose.
