PURPOSE:To enhance both the utilization efficiency of a bath sanitary space in a multiple dwelling house and the construction property of a bath sanitary unit. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular bath sanitary unit is divided into two portions of the same nonrectangular form by a center partition wall 21 and end-portion partition walls 22 each of which is joined to the wall 21. A bathtub 1 and faucet metal fittings 23 are provided in one U1 of the bath units. The other sanitary unit U2 is divided into two portions by a unit-in partition wall 25 and has a washing and dressing room 7 and a toilet room 4 therein, the room 7 being provided with a washing bowl 5. The center partition wall 21 and the two end-portion partition walls 22 between which the center partition wall 21 is situated are not located on the same plane and the two end-portion partition walls 22 are formed as parallel planes. Therefore, a limited space can be used effectively. |
