PURPOSE:To reduce the size of conformation of the whole of an ignition device by reducing the width of a distribution plate. CONSTITUTION:There are provided plural coil cases 110-140 projected from a distribution plate 100 having portions opposite to ignition plugs of the respective cylinders toward each ignition plug. Plural plate terminals 210-260 are buried in the distribution plate 110 in such a manner that the cross directions are parallel to each other. Each one end of the terminals 210-260 is electrically connected to an ignition coil winding portion in each coil case 110-140.
