The air channel section (10) has flat side walls (1), and a connection flange (12). This is formed integrally with the ends of the side walls, and has a hollow profile, with a backward sloping support flank (17). Angled corner sections (13) project with their legs (14) into the hollow profile at the corners. This forms a screw connection to the next channel section. The connection flange has four legs, with the first and fourth (16,19) extending at right angles away from the channel wall. The second leg (17) acts as a support, and the third (18) is parallel to the channel wall. The fourth leg is clamped between the first leg and the leg of the angled corner section.
