摘要 |
PURPOSE:To diminish recording pits and to allow high-density recording by laminating the thin films of the compsn. from which high melting materials are formed by mingling of a part of multilayered films with each other when irradiated with an energy beam for recording, thereby forming recording layers. CONSTITUTION:The replica of grooves for tracking is formed of a UV curing resin layer 2 and an org. substrate layer 3 consisting of nitrocellulose on the surface of a transparent substrate 1 consisting of chemically tempered glass. An Sn layer 4 and a Te80, Se20 layer 5 are laminated thereon to form the recording layers 7. Molten and mixed layers 9 are formed around the recording pits 8 when the layers 7 are irradiated with the energy beam for recording. The alloys of Sn and Te and Sn and Se and the intermetallic compds. thereof having the m. p. higher than the m. p. of the layer 4 or 5 are then formed. The diameters of the recording pits are reduced in this way and the high-density recording is executed. |
